About Us
JF Engineering inc. is a minority owned small business founded by Joe Flores in 2003 and became approved as an 8(a) Small Business Administration in 2007. Over the years, JF Engineering has worked extensively with the Department of the Navy (NAVFAC), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineering (USACE), and various local and state municipalities. That is why our experience in working within an construction management environment that integrates a Quality Control manager, Site Safety Health Officer and independent testing laboratory, is a benefit that results in a project that is done on time, within budget and in a safe work place.

Bonding Capacity
JF Engineering Inc. currently has a $3.5 million aggregate bonding capacity. Additionally, JF Engineering has been approved to participate in the SBA Mentor/Protégé program with Reyes Construction, a highly respected construction company with over 20 years of experience. Due to this SBA approved joint venture with Reyes Construction our bonding capacity can exceed over $10 million with a joint venture contract.
